Friday Night Dinner

The menu for tonight at Chateau de Ayers: Wine, fresh bread with Gruyere, brie, goat cheese, and grapes to start; followed by a chopped steak over a bed of fresh greens, zuchini, red peppers and tomatoes topped with crumbled goat cheese. Finished with fresh grapes and a glass of Jack Daniels Sivler Select on the rocks with a splash of water. Yes, Nicole was late and the steak was cold. I need to get my timing down!
